well under ferelden but you get the picture. It dwarfed the amount of choices that the nature of the beast,the circle,and the urn of sacred ashes have. And some of them I don't see mattering unless we go there. Have they said anything

Orzammar will not appear, but other dwarven areas will appear. There's one called Valammar, for instance.

 I assume we will only encounter dwarves in large groups if they are in cities or Carta. 

 

However, my guess is that we will talk to an ambassador of Orzammar, especially if you supported Bhelen.
