hi i'm new to the game and i entered the 2 redeem codes for blood dragon armor and shale content/quest
but i cant seem do get it downloaded. Dunno why,evrything is in order codes are correct all is registerd and so on. I just dont get anything in downloadeble content  dunno what to do,any one got some advice ?

There are solutions to most of the more common problems getting DLC to download in the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ



One minor thing to check, make sure the Dragon Age Origins Content Updater service is running. Try manually starting it before you start the game:



1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START

this did not help my problem

bleh i got blood armor now but it says its unhauterized so i cant iuse it it downloaded shale content to but it isnt listed tho i can buy it with points verry strange if you ask me tho worked at first but now its bugged imo

Unauthorized content, as well as offering you content to purchase that you already own, is also caused the the service I mentioned above not running.



If you continue to have problems related to this there is a beta fix available.
