Just to let everybody know, no, I did not create an alt account. I don't know how to create one without buying a new copy of the game and I am not buying a new xbox gold account so I can register it. That is all. Carry on.
As for the CSR, why bother? If I need a high firerate sniper, then the indra and raptor will both get the job done with no risk of overheating at a bad moment.

I would of course highly recommend the Valiant as an alternative. It's lightweight, high rate of fire, extremely fast reload, good ammo capacity, swag factor, and makes Black Widow noobs feel bad.
The only caveat is that it demands headshots to be effective, but as long as you're decent with those it is a very rewarding SR. It's actually my favorite one. I forgot all about the CSR until you just brought it up.

It's good you got that out of your system. Now, just chill a little, dude. You'd enjoy playing with most of us, and if you do that you'll probably also hang around a while and learn that there's a level of teasing that's normal round here. And pedantry. So you can say you don't like a gun, but you can't say it's the worst SR unless it really is.
BTW, in case the rest of you were wondering, the Javelin is the worst gun in the game. Because I can't hit a damn thing with it

Just practice, practice, practice! I have been playing about 75% of my games with the Javelin over the last couple of weeks, and I'm pretty sure I've gotten to the point where I'm more effective than I would be using a Mantis with the same setup. Against Geth at least. I absolutely own Geth Wave 8. And I'm pretty good at Wave 1 Reapers. I have even gotten a couple of 3x Cannibal kills. Guardians tremble when they see me lining up a shot. Ummm (what else)..... Oh, it usually only takes me 4 shots on average to down a Husk zig-zagging its way toward me. Still not so great at everything else though.

I still think the Valiant should get a x3 headshot bonus, just to make it stand out a little.
But yeah. Back when I had pretty much all my ultra rares at 1 or 2, I had a level 5 Valiant and I was kicking ass with it on Gold. Don't use it quite as much now, but still a really underrated weapon.
