Technically, those are all valid complaints if the person is backing them with objective reasons. But Bioware doesn't care about those complaints enough to stop doing what they want to do in their games.
Man, I would love to see someone attempt to objectively explain why gay people, blacks and the sort should not be included in a game. I could use the laugh.

Anyway, that something like nudity might result in fewer sales isn't a very compelling argument. I suppose it bears reminding that this is essentially a murder simulator. We can do horrible things to people regardless of whether or not they deserve it, and we stab the everloving funk out of poor schmucks that get in our way, so the bloody violence could just as well be a reason why many people don't bother with this game, or this franchise for that matter. And, really, this is a fantasy game. Some people just don't like the fantasy genre. At all. I would go so far to say as this alone is more likely to deter more potential buyers than a few seconds of digital dangly bits.
The plain and simple fact is that you and others just don't like it. That's fine, but let's not try to insert objectivity here, because there isn't any, especially considering that people are objecting to this regardless of the context the game's story may provide.
