I doubt the dialogue wheel will be be popping up while characters' naughty bits are on display. Although..that could be quite funny.

Kallen, I understand that you don't like nudity, however the nudity is not just, 'oh look people are naked for some reason'

 

It seems to be pre & post sex scene and in all honesty I always thought it was weird that in the post sex scene talks, we'd see people get out of bed, people who'd just had sex, and they had still manged to get their underwear back on.

 

If there were just breasts everywhere then I'd agree, its titillation but if two people are talking just after they had sex, then they should be naked ......or in leather fetish gear.

 

Individuals can like or not like nudity but society as a whole needs to get over it's hang ups about the human body.

I think it's hilarious when Fox News blasts game companies for perverting the younger generation. Someone should send them a video clip of what the "younger generation" modded into Sims 3.

 

That horse has been dead for 7 years. FNC has since added a video game review section on its site and is generally very positive about games. Also, not all FNC reporters are created equal...

 

 

They realized not everyone in their audience is a crotchety baby boomer and have done better in regards to video games is all I'm saying. And let's be honest, the age group and professional status of a news anchor makes it unlikely for them to really get gamer culture. Yes, I'm defending FNC on the BioWare forums; I'm just sick to death of hearing about Mass Effect especially when FNC almost never talks about games on air since then.

 

About the nudity, it might be on par with TW2 but I'm not sure that will make the rest of the game match its maturity. In my opinion, Dragon Age is a series that just does adult themes poorly.

They did in Mass Effect 3, so I see no reason why they wouldn't in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Again, you can have it make sense without showing it. Heck, even the illusion of nudity would work. To use the Cassandra shot as an example, have her laying on her side or belly on the side of the Inquisitor and have the camera panned high enough that one sees only the two's heads and shoulders. You would know that they aren't wearing clothes without needing to see anything.
