So I noticed that the 'Keep is missing several of my (custom) Wardens and a few Hawkes.

Any idea how I can get the 'Keep up-to-date on this?

Are you trying to use heroes done on consoles, those are notoriously hard to update. Whatever the case the actual hero you choose seems to be a moot point, so long as the race, gender and class is right I don't see a real problem. Save data isn't imported nor is appearance and no one ever mentions them by first name anyway. If and when the character returns i'd assume you can change name along with their appearances in the cc anyway.

First thing to check is if they are visible in your game profiles on the Legacy BSN, if not you should try:

- opening both games one by one

- login to Origin via the login option in game

- make sure your settings are on for uploading data

- load the characters up

- unequip something

- save the character

- repeat for whichever ones aren't showing up

- wait an hour or so then check your legacy BSN profiles to see if they're there

- if they're not try giving it another hour and recheck

- if they are then go to the keep

- use the resynch option from the left hand menu

- characters should now appear for you to use

Note: you don't need completed saves to do this, you can just rebuild characters in game then save them as soon as able since the only thing the keep actually needs is the character name, race, class, and the small portrait image.

If that doesn't work check the synching FAQ thread.

But custom appearances/names do import, and with Hawke set to appear in DA:I, I do not want to use the default look for Hawkes that did not use it, and if Hawke and the Warden's first names appear I want them to be accurate as well. Wrong info is a total immersion thief.

no the custom appearances do not import.

You need to use the CC in-game

All relevant info can be created in the Keep. The Keep imports your avatar, not the character's 3D model. There is apparently a character creator in DA:I where you can create Hawke.
