So suppose the Warden kills Leliana in  a canon, how do you think they're going to react if we send Leliana on that mission?

My warden romanced Leliana then had to "kill" her in self defense at the temple when she betrayed the fight against the blight and my love both for some dusty ashes, so I'm really looking forward to hearing Leliana's apology to my warden

In all honesty, I always believed that Warden you see accompanying Hawke in that trailer was them; if true, it'd make sense Bioware would want to hide this as it's a great hype booster and a pretty nice gesture, too. If not, it's going to be an annoying nod to their existance imo. No idea how they'll make the Warden talk though - perhaps they won't.

At any rate, as for why the Warden is at the Circle of Magi, it makes sense - the basement of the Circle runs deep, and we no doubt only saw a fraction of it in our jaunt down there; perhaps there's an Eluvian stashed away? Perhaps the Warden needs vital information regarding Morrigan's plot that can only be retrieved from, say, Elani Zinovia..? We'll have to wait and see.

i sure hope they sneak the hero into DAI, maybe just a mission where they appear for 5 mins then go on their way, even that would be enough

i hope see my warden cameo scene or with helmet!!!probably bioware have a poor resolution for him...they have scary that the warden have more protagonism in the game that the pathetic hawke.

I will point out that given the screenshot it does not mean that we will actually meet the Warden.
 
It could be handled entirely off screen.

If it is handled off screen with a advisor, that is really a robbery.

To build up expectation then is completley getting demolished. I have already made assumption that the story involving HoF will be rubbish and cheap. That way avoiding a massive disappointment

well, the appearance of your Warden/Hawke IS imported into the keep from your game save, so it could be based on that. As for the character creator being different this time around... So? Iron Bull's horns arn't in the character creator. I'm sure they accounted for that.

It would just open up the floodgates for the rest of the Warden fans to complain that the Warden shown in the game was "Not my warden", Which is something I think BioWare wants to avoid.

I don't think so since Hawke has 3 personalities, Diplomatic/Humorous/Agressive and you can customize them, so.

I know, and that's what I've been suspecting and have no problem with it. But if you think that will stop people from throwing a fit that Hawke in DAI doesn't fit their Hawke, I think you've forgotten the fanbase we're talking about. Hell, I might be one of them depending on how they handle some of my Hawke's. My aggressive Hawke's were complex, giant ass wipes who treated people like dirt yet always did the right thing. Literal jerk with a heart of gold. How well will the Keep figure out that nuance?

Meh, I think we should have just given personality types to the warden. It just adds to the sting that there is an mission with the Warden but we never actually go to meet him/her in person.

*shrugs* Their problem i guess, bioware just can't please everyone. About your Hawke, I'm sure they can handle it, all personalities of Hawke had a heart of gold anyway so I'm sure yours will be fine.

 

 

That's why they added the personality thing in the keep.

I just hope my Marian will be as much sarcastic as she was in DA2. Or even more so, I don't mind.
