Reviews are professional opinions. Treat them as such.

 

But yeah. Avoid their video review if you don't want some spoilers.

I never liked them since that Kain and Lynch thing proved that their review scores are LITERALLY bought and paid for by ads and game publishers.

It's a very good review, all you have to do is not click play on the video and just read it instead.

Assuming they're around anymore, avoid anything from Gametrailers. They always put MASSIVE spoilers into their video reviews. It got to the point where I just started assuming that any review of theirs would spoil something big. I imagine that's still true. I wouldn't know though, review sites are so corrupt now that I haven't read or watched a "professional" review in several years.

If you are someone who really hate spoilers then do not watch the video.

 

However if you are someone who doesn't care about spoilers or more importantly, someone who wishes to avoid big time s**t from f***ing up your playthrough, then, watch it.

 

Your choice. They really do matter.

Fanboys might, but I couldn't possibly care less about reviews from big sites. DAI could get an average score of 2/10, and I wouldn't care. It could get an average of 10/10 and I wouldn't care. The super low scores would probably just be the site punishing EA for not giving them enough of a bundle of cash under the table, and the super high scores would probably just mean EA gave them a big enough cash bundle. It's corrupt either way. It's fan and reader review scores that tend to get any attention from me.
