The devs have already said there are no secret companions. At least as full permanent party members. 

But they did say temp companions I believe.

(Also the only reason Loghain joins you/can join you in DA:O is to replace Alistair for party balancing reasons.) There are enough companions now that there are multiple members of each class in addition to the PC. So the whole "Secret companion" thing is kind of.... irrelevant now that they've expanded the cast in subsequent games.

They only did it the once. I would totally prefer to see what they did in ME, replace party members with other characters.

s/he isn't... Carver and Bethany are twins. Hawke is older

You should go to a doctor. Wanting to kill someone so bad in a game and being so obsessed with warden isn't good.

Honestly killing Hawke over that seems pretty weak in my opinion I expect lots of disapproval from varric or him outright leaving if he was friends with Hawke and if you decide to go that route I expect you will also be losing ALOT of approval with Cassandra as well. Considering bioware said that you can no longer hide decisions from characters by having them sit in camp so I expect huge ramifications for going that route.
