The time thing never happens if you side templars. You get an entirely different quest.

Dorian looks really weird on 360 :S. It's strange, the other companions I saw didn't look that bad. Is the Shot from a streaming?

I think it is, and there are quite a few screenshots from there that are not necessarily representative of what the graphics will look like the entire time. I am assuming this is one of them.

Granted, the last gen has problems, but the Major characters don't look that bad so far on YT.

Some characters look worse than others I think :/
Cassandra looks almost identical, Leliana however always looks bad because her skin is waaaaay too bright

My point is to wait to see how Dorian looks in the game, other then the stream.
If you like Solas though, I think he looks good.

I noticed he was kind of condescending to Varric in a stream I was watching, too. Weekes wasn't kidding about his subtly cutting remarks.

Okay, you're right. I guess I mean he wasn't openly hostile, but he was sassy, showing her he knows her language.

Just saw it! So now we know why Solas and Varric are together at the start  they where in the same place!

Whoa, that game bleeds memory. On Firefox the process gets big real quick and after closing it it doesn't go away and keeps getting bigger until a hard close. Couldn't get the Inquisitor part to work either. On Chrome it works but it overheats my poor laptop like crazy so it shuts itself down.

If you conscript them instead of doing an alliance, Solas greatly disapproves. Blackwall and Varric disapprove.

 

Iron Bull and Sera greatly approve, Cass approves.

 

Anyway, Solas seems to have a much simpler view on the mage issue than the elves issue. I wonder if he tells you off like Dorian does afterward.

It made my Firefox crash on the find the weapons (the last) part. Then I restarted Firefox and it was okay.

Okay, now I got the approvals for the other option in the mage quest:

Cass and Sera greatly disapprove. Iron Bull disapproves.

 

It's only diametrically opposite for Solas, Blackwall and Sera. It's interesting that this got nothing from Varric... though maybe he might only react if he is in the party?

 

Edit: Or maybe it comes later since I just found out that the alliance gets "great disapproval" from Vivienne once you go talk to her after the quest.
