That I really like. It's weird and all but I like it.

Quite. Of all the things I thought Flemeth would be, I never thought she'd be Mythal of all things. I had guessed she was Fen'Harel. Mythal, at least according to legend, kinda seems somewhat contrary to what we know of her character in the series.
Also, I'm curious as to how Flemeth's dragon shape fits into the Mythal part of her.
What is kinda cool though, is that we now know for sure that deities are still roaming Thedas in some form.

Wow, whoever called Solas's true identity seriously bravo.

It's strange that they went down this path because didn't they say that they'd never say whether the Maker was real or not? But the Elven Pantheon is apparently fair game. Does that suggest that they're not really Gods or what?
I want to have words with Mr. Allan Schumacher. That guy was probably laughing at us so much way back when. ![]()

Well, I think it's a little bit like in the comics. No one addresses the Christian god but the mythological pantheons can all be real, like Thor, Hercules, etc.
And yeah, but I don't know, maybe he also felt a little bad... Just a tiny bit, among all the evil laughing.

Yeah, Dalish gods appear to be fair game. That said, I get the feeling that if the Maker exists, he/it is on a much higher level than the Dalish gods. Hence why we see the more...understandable and "human" Dalish gods.
That said, one thing I never got answered through this entire thing:

Ah, so that's where Solas keeps his age.
Edit: I had an a-ha moment.

I am actually a tiny bit worried about the romance now though. Since it's built on false pretenses, will it come across as a little... skeevy? And why does he go through with it in the first place? Maybe it will make more sense going through it.

Oh, you're right! The perfect skin comes from being a god! Why didn't we think of that?

I wouldn't be surprised if Solas calls off the romance at some point before the ending of the game. I'm just so curious. What made them decide that this character, out of anyone, needed a romance considering who he is and what he does? And what makes him "lovely"?
I foresee a lot of anger over him "taking other characters' spots" as romance options.

I'm glad we have his romance, for whatever it's worth.
One thing he's been lying about: dreaming about the ancient cities and research and crap. He was actually there.
Unless he was imprisoned/asleep from before they existed.
