It's funny that even though the Solas thread was oh so very fluffy, many were quite prepared for Solas to turn out shady in some shape or form. And the Frozen inspired art from tumblr. Yeah.
Also, this is really random and off topic, but there's a skunk in my garden. In the middle of the day. I hope it's the recent snow that has him skulking about and not rabies. I wonder what is this skunk's aim. Why isn't my game here yet.

You know. I remarked randomly on Twitter - back when the whole Solas = Fen'Harel insanity broke out in here... I randomly posted about having read some mind-blowing spoiler leaks. And then I said, "Just LOLing so hard. Heh. Well, I've always loved wolves since I was young, so... we'll see, I suppose."
And it's true. I have had a lifelong love of wolves. And dragons.
And then Derek Hollan favorited it and commented, "You may need time off. Just sayin'

And I suspected that was a subtle hint to it was true. I mean, random comment about wolves in the midst of EA Early Access and all, pretty random, right? But I took it with a healthy grain of salt as well because the devs have to be careful. NDA's aside, they genuinely don't want to spoil people either... after all, they've worked hard for years on a game that can be ruined for some in mere moments because of publicly-displayed spoilers.
But I'm sort of chuckling that his response - which could have had normal meaning or *wink wink nudge nudge* meaning turned out to be the latter.

I wonder if the reason Solas will romance an elf is because he will perform his own version of a dark ritual if your elf "spends time" with him. After the game is over, the romanced female inquisitor will find out she's pregnant with a baby Solas?!?!
