I have been going back and forth all day on whether to play Ulee right now or not. And, whether or not she will throw caution to the wind, and still romance Solas. No judgements on anyone, I swear, but I still don't like this "date-a-god" scenario. But the fact is, Solas is the only one that fits Ulee. Cullen, she would more than likely pat on the head, Benny Hill style, shake her head, and walk away chuckling, if he flirted with her (which means, she wouldn't even consider flirting with him). Blackwall, well, for those that remember my overly detailed background for Ulee, he would remind her too much of her father (in personality, not looks....obviously.
). IB would be just "too much" for her (and get your minds outta da gutters, folks).
Just from a character perspective. Josie she might be good with in some ways, but the backgrounds would just be too vastly different. Not enough common ground. And Sera, well...you know the saying "too much of a good thing"...or better put, "too much of the
same thing". Ulee's views would still differ to somewhat from Sera, but there is a certain number of defining traits that would match up. And not in a good way. They would probably just "enable" each other. hehe!
However, I am still going to set up my Human Male Mage as well. If I need a break from overt drama, I will run around with him for a bit. He will most likely romance Dorian, but Cass might catch his eye as well. Hmmmm.
I did think of something though, while I was wrestling with my 'puter: What if they seriously trolled us, and gave us a Morinth ending romance, with Solas??
