I preordered my copy months ago, yet this past Friday - literally on the eve of the games release - I received a notice that they were having problems acquiring a copy for me. I could either update the list and await availability or since the price was hovering around $71, I could cancel (which I did) and just order the regular hardcover collectors edition (still with 3 digital freebies included) for less than half that price (which I did). All that I will miss out on is a few extra pages and a set of book markers. The replacement version shipped yesterday and is waiting for me at home for after work!

I got the CE at Gamestop at the midnight release. Maybe by the time you get your IE guides, Prima will have DLC codes that, you know, work...
Prima dlc codes appear to have been fixed for PS4, so at least you'll be able to get your schwag when you finally get your guide.
