Yeah but my Qunari is going for British accent. Since you know he was raised in Fereldan then free marches to join the merc band you know being a mage and all that.
I will be sure to pick American for my Dwarf play through.

I'm enjoying Jon Curry's voice acting a lot as well, but I still can't get into Sumalee's. *sigh* Ah well, I'll just use Alix's for my qunari.

I like the tone of Sumalee's voice, but there is just something off. Alix's voice seems more emotive. In the prologue she sounded panicked when Cassandra asked her to explain the mark while Sumalee sounded too neutral.

Well considering that's the voice they used when they first showed Qunari in action I say it fits well. Well any voice can fit just depends on how you make your character.
Since my Qunari is going to be on the younger side since you know British accent and bioware said the inquisitor is 20+

Blackwall likes the ocean.

Really, where did you find that, dear Tamyn?
And I agree, I'm really liking Curry's voice. Sadly, it doesn't fit my elf, but I'll get to it. Really unsure about the female voices. Alix's seems a little posh for my first lady and the American one sounded very flat in places like that prologue flashback "What's going on?"

That "what's going on?" killed me.
I love Alix's voice though. She hits all the right emotional notes while staying tonally consistent regardless of which response you pick.

That channel put up a Cole video, but sadly they didn't upload the first meeting, despite the video title.

Cole is so weird! I love it. Also,
“The “Inquistion” isn’t real unless it has something real to make it. It’s like a spirit.”
Doesn't that pretty much confirm Solas's theory about spirits/demons? Also, Templars are like dwarves! That's how they block magic! They're apparently connected to...something. The Stone?

Cole is gonna be a little hard to follow without reading Asunder, at least at first.
I thought the similarity was that they were both missing something.

But if you take it with Solas's banter with varric where he talks about the dwarves being a piece cut off from a greater whole then I think there's something there. Perhaps the same sort of thing that happened to the dwarves as a people is done to templars individually?
Watching the cole video makes me think of that PW tweet where he talks about Solas/Cole banter.
"And Solas and Cole are alternately sad and hilarious, because they understand each other, even if nobody else does."
D'awww.

Oh they put up a Bull video and because it's a qunari PC it's a little different from the recruitment I had seen ![]()

The Blackwall thing was from a stream where he takes a deep breath and remarks on the sea air, and the Morrigan thing was from 4chan, so take it with a grain of salt.

Cole's introduction does have some pretty big story spoilers, that's probably why they avoided.

When there are three basic options, people keep picking either the top or bottom one, but the middle one is usually my favorite, because it's usually funny. Guess some people need icons, cause I saw some people say they were positive, neutral and negative, which is not really the case.

Hm. I think I was wrong about what Cole's recruitment entails or, like you said, there are alternate paths. It looks like he doesn't join when you first meet him though. Instead, he follows you home like an invisible puppy.

Yeah, he followed but it was very different from here. They were talking about him in camp and the PC walked over where he was watching over templars and talked and there was a choice with one option being stay and help and the other to send him away. It was completely different from that recruitment. I'm confused.

Here, have a new, long Bull video instead:

Might be. He does have stronger ones for Bull later on but it seems he doesn't jump the gun like we've seen with Vivienne and Blackwall. The ones I saw for Cass and Cullen seemed fine too.

Also, I now have hope that people will stop calling the qunari kossith now, but I'm probably deceiving myself.
