If true they look...bad. Well Anora looks okay but I can't say the same for Alistair. Wish they had their original hairstyles.

Very pleased with Varric's appearance.

I doubt Alistair's looks will change according to his position in the world. If he does look any different, you could blame the stress of being a king.

 

We all know the issue of why though. The new engine.

 

I'm just happy to finally see Alistair. 

(Also, I don't think he looks all that bad. It would be weird if they all stayed the same.)

Neither of them look very happy. Not that I expected them to. They look pretty... miserable.

 

I fully expect the issue of Ferelden's throne to come into play at some point in the next game. If Anora is in her late 20's in Origins, (let's say 28) and this is 10 years later, she's 38. Plus, if she's married to Alistair, he's got the Taint. So whether she's alone or with him or the Warden, there's no kids popping up on that horizon any time soon. Or at all.

Eh, it's fine. This engine isn't that great with people, imo, and after the furor over Alistair's appearance in DA2, I'm sure they worked very hard. He looks a bit different, but not bad. Besides, it's the voice acting that really makes him who he is. ok, a lot different, but that's probably as close as they could come.

Hm. Personally, I actually think Anora is the more odd looking one here. Alistair looks different, but he was extremely young in DAO. 10 years from 20 to 30 is a big difference in a person's life. I am kinda sad his hairstyle has changed though, loved that hair. xP

I'd assume alone, just if the Warden married Anora, she'd be alone in that scene as well.

 

At least I hope so.  And it isn't like Dragon Age 2 where the scene is more Alistair cameo appearance rather than meet the ruler of Ferelden.
