I certainly hope not. I can remember back in DA2 when Anders is talking about his now-deceased lover, the flirt option was like, "Let's talk about me instead," or something to that effect. It always seems so inappropriate. O_o

In DA2 & DAO only one flirt is needed to activate romance.
