Since that's not an option, would the appropriate choice be to (first, request the plot, and then) mark both him and Sophia as dead? To prevent him from being able to have any future impact? Obviously, the ideal would be to include the exile option, but assuming that doesn't make it in?

Yup. My impression is that that's not going to be especially effective if it's not reported by at least a decent number of people, but I'm not going to repeatedly report it either, that feels...deceptive/obnoxious.
6 days from DA:I launch, I'm not expecting plot tiles to appear, but I think it's worth noting for future updates. (Speaking of, wasn't there supposed to be one yesterday?)
