Hello,

Most of the human female heads in Tortured Heads I look like this for me.

I made a clean install of Diamond Edition, patched to 1.69, system is Windows 7 with compatibility mode.

Cep is not installed but not required. Three haks that came with the module is in place. Seems like the problem is only with human female models, other races look fine.

Any help?

(1) Is your override empty?

(2) Are you using a patch HAK? (if you do not know what this is... don't worry)

(3) What is the HAK list for the module?

this is custom module? does it happen in official campaign? if not its that module fault, just get helm and ignore this

Am I the only one to whom it looks like that "human head" has elf ears? ;-)

Override is empty, only haks I have in hak folder are TorturedHearths.hak, TH1Patch.hak, TH1Loadscreens.hak which are requred to play the module and KingMaker, ShadowGuard and Witch's Wake which were installed with the game.

It happens only in this module. I guess I'll have to play with a helmet.

the problem is with that module's HAKs. So its not a problem with your installation.

And for the record, what you have in your HAK folder does not matter. You can have CEP and Project Q installed and they won't be used unless the module is using them. I asked what HAKs your module uses to help understand which custom content might be bugged.

Do you have the latest files?

http://neverwinterva...rtured-hearts-i

One of the official Bioware releases changed the alignment of female heads, which might be the problem if you have a very old copy of the mod and its haks.

Yes, it is where I got the module files from.

I can reproduce the problem. Some of the female heads look worse than others, so maybe the workaround is to choose one that's OK?

There are many custom heads in the hak. Perhaps some of them were not updated for that Bioware patch?

I sent SubBassman a PM in case there's a better solution.
