I can see my charactrers, gear, and abilities on the old BSN, but i can't seem to find where it listedthe decisions I made.
I forget who I romanced and I can't remember enough to make a new decision for the keep.
can you still see decision s on legacy website?

This depends on whether your story data successfully uploaded your quest/story files or not. When you view your character profiles there should be a "story" button for you to click. If you click on it and nothing shows up when that data never uploaded and became corrupt.
You'll know if your story data is corrupt by checking the diagnostic page.
