The idea is to contact EA Customer support. Bioware don't process your transactions

Ea process the transactions though, so it's bad of them to re-direct you here where you cant be helped.

If you send me the number/ID of your help request session with EA I can forward it along to our contact person there. From that we can see why they claimed that they couldn't help you.

We don't have anyone within BioWare that deals directly with purchasing points, it is all done through EA services.
