theres some decisions I need elaboration on..

1) exposing the legi on's relation to nobility - I have no idea what this is.. I did not see it in any of my 10+ playthroughs
2) having a kid/marrying mardy                 "                          "
3) merill destroying or keeping the eluvian. I romanced her, she stayed, her clan lived, and she kept it- isn't this impossible? if she keeps it, her clan dies, no? What do you guys do here?

1. This is a quest you can find in the Deep Roads. You need to find all pieces of the Legion of the Dead armor, and one final piece just before meeting the Broodmother, then you need to go to the Shaperate and record this in the memories. This is the quest in question.

2. Mardy appears in the Dwarf Noble origin, and if you're playing a male Warden you can sleep and have a son with her.

3. Merrill keeping the eluvian isn't tied to her clan's fate, it's tied to the friendship/rivalry path. If you're on the friendship path she doesn't destroy the eluvian, if you're on the rivalry path she does.

1. In the Deep Roads, you could do a mini-quest about that.  You must have missed it every time.

2. That's only for Dwarf Nobles.

3. She always keeps the eluvian if you are her friend.  She always destroys it if you are her rival.

The Legion of the Dead quest is called "The Dead Caste."

3. Merrill keeping the eluvian isn't tied to her clan's fate, it's tied to the friendship/rivalry path. If you're on the friendship path she doesn't destroy the eluvian, if you're on the rivalry path she does. 

That helps a lot, thanks! I was driving myself nuts wondering about where that choice was made, but now I can just load the end-game save and check friendship/rivalry status.
