Once I missed extraction by a second because a Geth Prime's invisible corpse was blocking a doorway for a good 10 seconds

Wave 11, Gold Collectors on Ghost. Possessed Abomination goes boom with 2 second. Me and 1 other dude drop. Worst. Ending. Ever.

 

Honorable Mention: Internet goes out on a solo Gold Cerberus on Goddess on Wave 10 after I completed the objective.

Praetorians lasers are pretty good at nailing you through 10 feet of concrete or steel, FB Vancouver is the worst offender for this.

 

Playing on Hydra and a banshee is attacking the uncloaked Turian and I ma shooting at her.  she fires a warp ball at him, he cloaks and the ball does a curve away from him and hits me in the teeth.

 

The ones that have had me rolling my eyes lately have been two games on the weekend where i have entered an ongoing game only to appear being sync killed before having control of my character.

I was once sync killed by banshee. She was the last enemy of the wave and she was almost dead when it happened. And as she died, the game kind of....didn´t revive me, so I stayed dead for another whole wave.

 

That has happened to me before also!

 

Another time, while clutching a wave, I killed a rocket trooper who immediately spawned directly behind me firing multiple rockets which downed me. There was some steam rising off my head on that one ...

Well, I don't know how bots look like, but panda was hosting, and she sure as hell doesn't know how to do that, so... XD I still have no idea what was happening, I think it happened when I killed the last enemy in a wave exactly while he killed me, so I got up again once the wave was over, but my visual and controls switched to spectator mode XD

 

Derpber pls, you know my host is most entertaining

Nothing interesting ever happens to me.

 

Getting shot by a dead Centurion or Marauder lying on the floor is always fun, though.

I was playing on Dagger and was on the ramp by the LZ (spawn) tanking a banshee. After killing the banshee I head down the ramp only to get hit and downed by an Atlas missile. Wait...atlas missile? Where the hell is this atlas?

 

Sure I enough, I get up and follow the smoke trail. The goddamn thing was in the middle of the map and had shot me through a tiny opening in those crates by the ramp.

 

I wish I had a video, it was such an awesome "you've got to be f_cking kidding me" moment

Executed on Wave 6 Cerberus Gold by an Atlas (there are no Atlases on wave 6 Gold)

 

Killed the same Praetorian twice (it became possessed as it showed on the kill feed)

OT:

 

For me, device objective on either Jade or Dagger with Geth or Collectors as enemy faction are BS when I'm with bad pugs

Was doing a Platinum solo once verses collectors and on wave 9 (I think), I was running away from stuff strategically re-positioning.

 

-trying to go down a ladder, ladders not working, "whats going on??", seeker swam appears at the top of the ladder..... "Oh FFS hurry up"

-banshees and **** closing in, seeker swam finally out of the way, try to climb down again, a second seeker swam coming up the ladder. "**** this"

-turn around to gap it, to late, banshee grabbed

-mission failed, never again.  

 

I realize now that my first mistake was going for the ladder, my second mistake was not missiling those swams the second I saw them, lessons learnt the hard way I guess.

Carrying almost the whole match against Reapers Gold in Hydra with me scoring upwards to more than 200.000 while the second one barely past 50.000 and the game got disconnected at 11 second towards extraction on wave 11.

Huh, I had the opposite of that yesterday.  I was unloading on a plain old Scion, and when it died:   Silvershroud [Wraith] Possessed Scion

This is a known feature

That is exactly what the Atlas did, plus it popped right back down afterwards.
