People who take civility and patience as a sign of weakness. Like say there's someone who's angry for some reason (happens more often than not during work). So they come, start ranting, possibly even being physically aggressive. And when you politely ask what exactly the issue is (because you obviously can't help them if you don't know what it's about), the go full confrontation. You try to placate them and it only gets worse. Then they start talking down to you as if you were a subhuman coward of some sort for not standing up to them.

 

 

 

 

For some reason those idiots only ever show up at work, never during private occasions. You know, at times and places where I wouldn't get fired for actually obliging their needs. Makes me wonder whom of us is the coward.
