The fact no one approves of me for being atheist.

Well I don't know if you're referring to people in real life or people here but I'd like to reiterate that it's the internet atheists who are annoying people here not just regular atheists who mind their own business or can civilly discuss religion. It's fine practising/believing any religion or ideology or lack-thereof...so long as you don't become a pompous ass like the guys from r/atheism or YouTube or just general douchebags like the guys from Westbro Baptist Church.

Which brings me to another group which annoys me:

-Agnostics (not agnostic-theists or agnostic-atheists, just people who identify solely as "agnostic"). They are just so damn smug on that fence and they are the trolls of religious debate urging atheists and theists on as they sit back eating popcorn. Also since their position is truly middle ground, you can't really attack it but they can attack you. Also, they are normally very polite too so they come off as the true reasonable party...the smug devils...

These are the guys who run into atheists and say "God Bless You" and then run up to theists and say "God sucks" and then run off. Bloody trolls.

Don't get me started on gnostic-agnostics... "All I know absolutely is that there's absolutely no way to be absolutely certain of whether God exists or doesn't and this statement is absolutely right until either a theist or atheist claiming gnostic knowledge present empirical evidence proving a gnostic position of whether a god exists or not, therefore we really win the debate and it's pointless to talk about from now on." (and as far as current empirical science goes - but not philosophy -  this is actually right)

Nah just joking, I can't be mad at these guys not when they are such inspirations for trolling.

But the first half was just as bad. I watched SAO an Attack on Titan to try to get back into anime, and they both disappointed me so much.

Watch some Gundam...

You'll feel better.

I mean in person. My father keeps insisting upon how I will change and such, I'm not allowed to see a friend 'cause her daddy won't have any non-Christians around her, mom tries to argue with me constantly (I'm 16). How on that I lack morals and such.

In the south, atheists are the first ones to get butchered by the community.

People cling to the old ways and tend to shun people who don't.

But I'm not going to debate this.. Been there and done that before. It's pointless really. Why do you care if your friend believes in a God or not?

Care about yourself in that case. What you do or don't believe in matters to you only. There's like, no need to cram it down someone else's throat.

But this thread is to vent frustrations and such. I just had to vent for a moment there.

Stupid machine!  I am going to blast your virtual ass into actual dust!

Oh, finally! Something to kill!

Being bummed out, and being pissed/angry are two different categories for me. My hockey team loses, skinny jeans bum me out.  Guys who abuse girls, homophobes, racists, bullies, and people who don't speak up or take action when they see something wrong happening. Now those things ****** me off to no end.

People who apply "homophobia" as a blanket term to everyone who disagrees with them

Atheists who spend more time talking about god than those they disagree with

People who are quick to pull out in front of me but then travel 5+ under the limit

People who expect me to clean up their own or someone else' mess (happens a lot at work)

People who excuse the poor condition of software at release with "code always has bugs"

People who claim to have an open mind but really want someone who agrees with their core values

People who judge me without bothering to know me first

Myself, when I make mistakes or otherwise inconvenience someone else

Endurium, what do you "have" to disagree with, if you think gay people don't deserve to be treated like everyone else that's pretty hateful.

If you mean using the word "gay" as an insult, then you're not a homophobe, you're just very stupid.

People who are meant to be friendly and do things that I have to alter my behaviour to account for without communicating with me about it. It's fine in people I don't know, I don't expect them to treat me decently, but in people who there's some expectation that I can rely on them....

That's a very quick way for me to start considering someone un-friendly and, though I don't generally argue with people unless I feel the relationship's worth making the attempt to explain things, makes me incredibly pissed off. Someone does something like that and it takes me days or weeks to stop being pissed at them.

I still remember when I was eighteen and had just learned to drive - my father and I were supposed to be picking up a car from London, and I was meant to be following my father back. We stopped at a petrol station to fill up and he just drove off and left me there in the middle of London. Never been there before in my life, about £10 in my purse, (which just about covered the petrol I'd put in,) no GPS (this was back before it became as popular/common as it is these days)....

"Where were you? I thought you'd catch up with me on the motorway."

"You just drove off and left me somewhere I'd never been before! I don't even want to talk to you right now."

Uck. No. Please don't do stuff like that.
