@Inquisitor Recon I made an entire thread on why I hate the term "social justice warrior" just seems lilke something gamers have coined whenever they want to get out on being called out on saying something ignorant. And yes, "racist homophobic bigot" is jumping to conclusions, but it's a bit ignorant and hateful to say " I don't think gay people should get married" and then provide pathetic reasons why.

I use social justice for people that use dubious means for their selective version of social justice

If what they were after was actually justice you wouldn't need the "social" part in front of it.

@FrogDog No, you don't. It's to celebrate living without persecution and celebrating diversity, not my thing personally, but I don't insult a tradition a group of people have because I don't understand, and it's the reason why people can't bring up straight pride without mentioning gay pride.

Way to suppress straight pride u heterophobe. You know what this calls for? A hundred thousand straight pornography magazines to be airdropped into a major city on a new straight pride holiday. Read it. Because muh diversity.

I suppose social justice crusader or social justice hack also works. In the end I'm simply not concerned about what some biased and corrupt "journalists" or whoever have to say about gamers being "ignorant."

I honestly don't care enough about gay marriage to argue for or against it these days, but shouldn't it be the proponents giving reasons for why gay marriage should be allowed? Instead the proponents reshape it into an argument based around "support it or you're a hateful racist bigot homophobe". Is that supposed to win my support? Not that public opinion actually matters on this issue if the judiciary branch will just throw any notion of democracy out the window and say "lol nope, I am the law." So it just becomes an excuse to do some name-calling without offending one's own politically correct sensibilities. Not that my thoughts actually matter since I have already been declared ignorant hateful racist bigoted homophobic cis-scum (and worse than both ISIS and Hitler) by the high court of tumblr.

My sentence? To the Gulag with the rest of the privileged.

@The Poster Here's a few of my favourites
"The Bible says it's wrong"
Er, no it doesn't, and the minute you go to the Bible in a debate, you have lost.
"They're redefining the definition of marriage"
And? Words are being redefined all the time, and marriage is one of them.
"Marriage is for procreation"
So the infertile and elderly should not marry?

@Inquisitor Recon What was that about throwing things at people you don't agree with? I never insulted straight people there, it's just a ridiculous concept people throw out when they don't understand gay pride. Have you ever felt afraid to hold your girlfriend's hand down the street, or kiss her, or share an intimate moment with her?

Paying full price on games that turn out to be bad.

Restaurants that intentionally give you ridiculous proportions for meals, and then charge equally ridiculous prices for it. (This goes both ways, in terms of small amounts with large prices, and large amounts with equally large prices.)

People's obsession with controlling other people. (Wanna know who your real friends are, simply ask someone who borrowed something like money from you, if you can get a similar amount, don't mention the time you helped them out, just ask for it.. wait a few weeks if they never ask you for the money you borrowed from them,

they are a true friend, if they do and it hasn't even been a month or two, they want you as a patsy.

I hate people who are only interested in you when they want something. (Usually money)

I'm weird. So normal things don't apply.

Even when, lets say, I'm pro-feminism, and I'm talking to a misogynist, he won't annoy me.

I have a high tolerance for lots of things and my general no fucks to give attitude helps.

But stupid things annoy me. And not that the thing that's annoying me is stupid.

It's the fact that I'm being annoyed for something so trivial is stupid.

*ahem*

Example 1: PETER JACKSON RUINED TOLKIEN.

Example 2: THE ELDER SCROLLS 4 IS THE BEST GAME EVER.

Example 3: JOJO'S BIZZARE ADVENTURE IS STUPID

Example 4: NARUTO IS BETTER THAN BERSERK.

Stuff like that. But 4 was pretty stupid in itself. There are few things better than Berserk.

Oh and Geth. Never forget Geth.

- blood sucking insects

I don't mind mosquitoes as much as I mind houseflies. Mosquitoes may need to suck your blood to reproduce, but at least they're polite about it. I usually don't even notice they were there until they're already gone, and their bites are only mildly itchy. Now flies on the other hand. They don't have to fly around you at 6 in the morning and poop on your face, but they do it anyway. At least mosquitoes have the self awareness to be embarrassed that they exist and stay out of your face when they're not biting you, but not houseflies. Houseflies make no attempt to conceal themselves, it's almost as if they're proud to be loathsome monsters. They'll just fly around your house, laughing at your feeble attempts to put an end to their reign of terror, and land on your skin whenever you stop hunting them. Houseflies are the worst animal ever.

I forgot about those.

Because it's winter they don't come.

But god.

Do they ruin what would otherwise be a perfectly good sleep.

I already have a high level of testosterone and without people im annoyed and angry already.then you add stupid people and bs and that boils under my skin.so when i rage i take it out on objects rather then people. But first and fore most i listen to these songs and it helps center and calm me down.least to my normal level.Cause i have learned over the years, better to keep calm and cool in front of strangers/people in general and then go nanans in private.plus not taking it out on people is healthier in the long run

Rudeness and Intimidation from others.

A big pet peeve of mine is being ignored. Not so bad with strangers, but a handful of Offline/Online friends turned out to be fair-weather friends instead.

People with opinions different than mine.

Especially if one of their differing opinions involves governmental fiscal policy or existence/nonexistence of an invisible man in the sky. Those people are just the worst.

Ghost Recon? I miss that series as it was but the AI could make things miserable.

@Inquisitor Recon Tumblr? Really? There's just as many homophobes there, you sound more butthurt than realistic to be honest. Here's a great reason, and another question, everyone else gets to be married, so why shouldn't gay people?

So you haven't noticed that huge part of tumblr that is wasteland of social justice types trying to out-guilt each other? And you say I'm not being realistic? I'm not interested in debating gay marriage here but I don't think it's crazy to expect those trying to change the law to be a bit more civil about it. It would be as if somebody went to your door with a petition and told you to "sign this or you're a disgusting person who should die in a fire". I have a negative view of all sorts of activist types who use methods based on trying to shame, guilt, or coerce people into supporting their cause.

While I respect the time-honored tradition of throwing broken bottles and other things at people I disagree with, I don't believe I said anything about that. I was instead just noting how absurd it all is. Basically "what we do behind closed doors is not the government's business so we are going to make a massive display of it in public". And I have little patience for displays of public affection in general so I fail to see your point.

It's actually to save them from the social and financial consequences of legal divorces. :P

Is it irony when those who were the first to get married on the steps of some capital building are the first to be seeking a divorce some time later? Or is that another word? Either way it is rather funny.
