Dudes run away from BSN and return later. It's a secondary effect of the toxicity of these forums (as Eternal Phoenix said so). If you've been here once and deserted it, you shall return eventually.

because we like being abuse that is why we love coming back for more abuse.

It only takes one rotten apple to spoil the bunch in the eyes of most people, I think. It's not a logical conclusion to draw, but there it is.

Oh snap, I thought you died. I guess people do always come back to this terrible place.

@greengoron89 It's not even that to be honest, it's alright for the endless cliche boyfriend-girlfriend storyline that can escalate into some very visceral sex scenes, yet two boys lock lips for half a second and it's "shoving someone's sexuality down people's throats", people need to stop complaining.

I watched one of his movies a few years ago about a city that was full of people who lie. Then something happened and people wasn't able to lie anymore. Therefore they couldn't talk about their unreal religion and god, because it was all a lie.

He had figured it all out! That movie was really silly.

And what's so bad about

zCJWO5Q.jpg?

I thought he is Britain's 3rd best politician after Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher.

LOL it's a copypasta.

Edit:

Well just as you can visit r/atheism for a good laugh, visit Christianforums.com for a good laugh about the guys on the opposite end of the spectrum.

Check this continually living thread from 2005:

http://www.christian...s.com/t1962980/(it's also gone down in internet history because user Nathan Poe came up with the "poe's law" term in the thread)

Literally NINE YEARS with some of the same atheists, creationists and Christians debating each other on the theory of evolution from the beginning of the thread from what I can see. Some of these guys have tens of thousands of posts (including the atheist members) which I just find hilarious if most of those posts contribute to all the arguments they've been having across the site. Some of these members seem to only be on the site to debate. What sort of Christian forum is this where there's more atheists, agnostics and wiccans than Christians? LOL The atheists there seem to be the anti-religious types and the Christians there mostly seem to consist of the fundamentalist evolution-denialist types. All in all, I'm facepalming from both groups.

Has anyone heard of the "desperate mother in crisis" thread that came from the former's forum? The original thread is gone but it was crazy.

son-needs-salvation-500x375.jpg

It got some serious replies too...XD

Seems to be a fun place to troll...my time on BSN might be coming to an end soon...

Damn 9 years? Usually doesn't take more then 5 minutes for the debate to become completely one sided and boring

I think you are quite confused about the entire plot of that movie (The Invention of Lying). Its not worth pointing out the huge gaps of that summary - mostly because you are right, it was a very silly movie - but just thought it might be worth mentioning.

Oh, ZenMusic, you've gone and done it now. Get ready for a long list.

  • Politicians. All of them. They can all burn.
  • Religious fundamentalists.
  • Militant atheists.
  • Communists. You've had 71 years to show what it can do. It failed. Move on.
  • Socialists. Your initial goal was actually noble, did you know that? Of course you don't; you're too damn busy coming up with terrible ideas to remember.
  • Hard-right conservatives. Not everyone can or want to be as "better" as you think you are.
  • Ayn Rand disciples and libertarians.
  • On that note, anyone who see reality in terms of their utopian ideals, instead of what it really is. Yeah, some of your ideas can sound good in principle under certain lights, but mate, it would never actually work; because reality sucks, and any attempt to overhaul reality to a specific image will only make it suck even worse, because people suck.
  • Basically, all raving lunatic ideologues.
  • People who deny the world has environmental problems.
  • People who think climate change is the be-all and end-all of environmental problems.
  • People who think driving Priuses and buying horrible "eco" products make them environmentally conscious.
  • Militant environmentalists.
  • Anti-scientists.
  • People who abuse mainstream science.
  • People who deliberately misinterpret mainstream science.
  • People who complain about the minuscule portions of national budgets that are normally spent on mainstream science.
  • People who think mainstream science and scientists are omni-discipline, able to be redistributed, re-specialized and refocused on to things they think are priorities.
  • Anti-vaccers.
  • Anti-contraceptionists.
  • HIV/AIDS deniers.
  • People losing their s***s over Ebola. Yes, it is a serious public health issue, but it's not the damn coming of the Horseman of the Apocalypse.
  • Alternative medicine advocates.
  • Conspiracy theorists.
  • Scientologists and new-age whackos.
  • Sexists.
  • Militant Feminists.
  • Homophobes.
  • People who overuse and abuse the term "Homophobia" and derivatives.
  • Racists.
  • Racists who deny they're racists while being blatantly racist. Sometimes in the same sentence.
  • People who instantly jump to racial contexts to everything.
  • Godwin's Law-ers.
  • Holocaust deniers
  • People who wear t-shirts with provocative messages on them. Newsflash: nobody cares, and all it does is make you look like a douche.
  • Provocative avatars and signatures. Same reason.
  • Lawn signs. Same reason.
  • Bumper stickers. Same reason.
  • Custom licence plates. Same reason.
  • Dead-horse memes and people who keep beating them. If I have to hear about the damn arrow in the damn knee one more time, I'm going to...
  • Fanboys.
  • Youtube commenters.
  • Facebook.
  • Twitter.
  • Internet forum debates.
  • Pop-culture snobs.
  • People who run sports. Pick any sport. They all suck.
  • Censorship.
  • On a slightly related note, broadcasters lopping off whole bits of movies and TV shows for apparently no damn reason.
  • On another slightly related note, ad breaks right in the middle of sports games.
  • On yet another slightly related note, broadcasters lopping off entire bits of sports game re-runs.
  • Everyone's desperately trying to copy Marvel. Especially you, Universal and Sony; you two reek of purest, rawest, most despicable desperation.
  • Comedy shows with laugh tracks. Thankfully much rarer these days.
  • Futurama is dead, while The Simpsons shamble on way past its expiry date.
  • Science fiction TV shows are on life support, if not dead.
  • Seth MacFarlane still has a career.
  • On a somehow strangely related note, those bloody awful Family Guy banners at Sydney Roosters games.
  • People who worship celebrities.
  • People who hate on celebrities.
  • People who cite music and radio charts. You do realise they're rigged to Hell, right?
  • Quick-time events.
  • "Follow the NPC" and "escort the NPC" missions.
  • Multi-player games. Not so much the games themselves, but the people who play them.
  • The dialogue wheel.
  • Nobody makes RTSs any more.
  • Nobody buys RTSs any more.
  • Nürburgring.
  • Blatantly cheating AIs.
  • Horribad PC ports.
  • Broken keyboard & mouse controls.
  • Internet dog leash DRM.
  • No KOTOR III, new Jedi Knight game, Jade Empire II, System Shock 3 or Homeworld 3. Screw Half-Life 3.
  • Hummer H2s. There should be a special place in Hell reserved for these monstrosities and the people who drive them.
  • Mercedes drivers. So much smugness for owning such terrible cars.
  • People who don't wash their hands after going to the toilet.
  • People who eat in bedrooms, on work desks, or while using a computer. Double rage if they use their fingers to handle the food.
  • People who walk everywhere on bare feet. Even on city streets. Full disclosure: I lived in New Zealand for 4 years, and this is an epidemic problem over there.

I'm sure there are more, I just can't think of them at the moment.

Wow... so many haters here. No wonder you seldom leave your basement and always fail in society.

Till two years ago I would burst out of anger if I saw one of the things I hated, but now I take it easy.

Nah, I'm normally calm and cheerful, if a little snarky. It's all just pent-up annoyance that's been accumulating over many years, which seeing this thread has unleashed. Like I said; "you've gone and done it now."

If you look carefully, it's in the gaming section of my list. It's too long, has too many "gotcha" corners, and gets kinda repetitive after just a quarter way through. Shift 2's night race on the damn thing was Hell.
