1. It will not be possible to finish your first couple of runs, because level 1 characters are not up to it.

 

2. The people on the PAX/whatever events managed to finish the basic (easy) run with teams on level 7.

 

3. Even if PC has tighter controls (like casting skills more effectively, better positioning) I doubt the differences will be so significant

 

4. Even if it's technically possible to finish a run with level 1 characters it probably won't be worth it because of time it will take because of damage output.

 

 

I'm not saying that dropping on the floor early in your first/second run on purpose is in the spirit of the game, but maybe it will cut the time for the group to the first fully successful run.

 

Watching the stream I got the feeling that level 1-3 characters won't make it to the stage 4, and level 5 characters are still not powerful enough to beat the boss, so maybe it's not a bad idea to >Batarian voice< stop struggling and accept your fate, get those XP and spend gold for some good gear and finally beat the crap out of those Brutes and Assassins or whatever they're called.

You know, I have been thinking about this also after watching the streams and wondering about the struggle of beating the mission(s) early levels. The view in my mind has been slightly different though. If say we have a party of lvl 2s, it may  not be likely we are going to survive,  but that does not mean you should not try to accomplish the mission. You are still learning about the events, how monsters spawn, positioning all these different sorts of things. I was however thinking, it may not be worth expending potions early level, just to save your precious potions for later levels when you have a closer chance to achieving actual success.

Great Info, really, cause me thinks that the first couple groups / try´s will pretty much end with us getting punched real hard into the face.
So stay patient, try to figure out how to play as a team and finally overcome that boss at the end, but most off all enjoy the journey and have a lot off fun

Pretty much how it went for ME3MP at first as well, whole team wipes by wave 5 was really common... on Bronze. I'm sure once people have picked up some strategies it could be done - later down the track. Looking forward to playing despite hearing this, even if it takes a while to manage an entire game, it will likely be a fun experience!
