I keep missing getting the 1 point of Dawn when the timer counts down after 20 minutes.  I know that it doesn't always update on the left side of the screen, but it still says you have 1 action remaining.  That's not what I'm talking about... the timer counts down, then resets to 20 minutes and I don't get any action...

 

I'm NOT going to buy any Dawn as I don't support this kind of stupid business model, but this bug is making playing the game extremely frustrating.  Waiting a full 20 minutes only to not get any action, is game breaking.

As I said, I'm not talking about that bug. There's another one which simply isn't giving me a move after the timer.

Maybe, you have just worded it wrong but you don't get any Dawn after 20 minutes. You just get actions.
