Hi there,
I am facing a strange issue. Three days ago I played the ME3. Yesterday I did run the game and in the main menu appeared a message that it "cannot check downloadable content". I’ve checked my social.bioware account and there was the thing - it is renamed. But I do not know why. My account name (that one which is correct) is glyph000 but there is now glyph111 which is maybe a little bit funny but I cannot load my game in Mass Effect 3, play multiplayer there and neither can I play Dragon Age 2 at all. Guy on the EA help told me that I need to go here, at bioware forums.
Please help me, I AM NOT "GLYPH111"!

Update: I’ve tried to use the http://customersupport.ea.com/ page Tried to log in as glyph000 and as glyph111 too. Neither one didn’t work. So I’ve clicked on "retrieve lost account name" and filled my e-mail adress. "Blah blah succesfully sent" it says. And nothing. No e-mail.
What can I do to play again the games I’ve paid? Is anywhere anyone who can help me with BSN account correction?
In origin is it allright. On EA pages it is allright. Just on BSN it is "glyph111" instead of "glyph000".
