I haven't been reading any reviews for fear of spoilers, but has anyone mentioned the Inquisition HQ app for PC / phone / tablet? I really want to see this in action?

No app that I'm aware of. There will be a web site accessible to all PC, phones, tablets, etc., but it's not an app. Also, Inquisition HQ should be much more extensive than N7 HQ with crafting, inventory management and maybe even access to the store.

I'm pretty sure those subscribed to EA's vault service have access to the game 1 week earlier so that means those people should have access to Inquisition HQ right now. Yet I don't see anything anywhere...
