I'm assuming by "pro-circle" you mean you think the system works as built, and you agree with mages being in the Circles to begin with...
Did you annul the circle? If yes, you're pro-circle. Both times. If no, you might still be pro-circle, but you have to make up the reasons behind why you didn't...
