I tried to be careful with the accounts after hearing all the horror storries but somehow now the game claims I the stuff I downloaded with this EXACT same account is now "unauthorized"! to me. I have no freaking clue what caused this, other I logged out and closed the game between sessions and after coming back to downloadable content window is telling me to buy shale and wardens keep!
Lost access to my Digital Deluxe Edition content!

I am also having this exact issue.
Now that i know I'm not the only one having it, and it seems recent... Think it could be an issue with their servers going wonky at the moment?

Well, while relogging in didn't help, I just restarted the game and it is all fine now.

How do you get the items in the first place?
My game was just unlocked and I installed it... now I go ingame, login and all I get is the Lucky Stone and the Belt from the Flash game?

Did you actually log in again ? because I know I'm able to access them if logged out but that doesn't really solve the problem of having save games with that content, etc.

Exactly *WHO* do you think you addressed your comment to? Except for Chris Priestley, it's other game players here, only, and Chris isn't employed on the patchwork team that is fumbling with the distribution system part of the web site. Official support is EA.
I can't help you. I saw the quality of the Beta version of the Social Forums and opted out of all DLC, and all in-game connection between the web site and my system(s). I have had so little trouble, I am certain I made the correct choice.

I got the same problem, it really pisses me off. Everytime i logged in, i can't access to "Collector's Edition" and "Stone Prisoner", it says i'm unauthorized. Now i don't know if i want to spend my money on "Warden's Keep", i might get the same problem and i probably can't even play "Warden's Keep". Please fix this.

Killer Wabbit, likely issue is the Dragon Age Content Updater service not running. Without it the game can't verify what content you are entitled to use. Try manually starting it before you start the game:
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START
If that is your problem, as a workaround you could just always start it before you start the game. There is also a beta fix which addresses issues with getting it to start automatically when the game starts.
If the service is missing or won't start it gets more complicated. There are instructions on how to try and fix it in section 3 of the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ
