So, I use a different e-mail for my Xbox LIVE and Origin accounts, since Xbox refused to let me use anything but Hotmail.

Will I have to create a new, Hotmail-based Origin account to properly link the Keep to Inquisition, or will I be allowed to use the correct one?

So to understand, the account your currently using to chat on this forum is different than the one you've been using while playing DA?

You need to log into the Keep using the Origin account that you used for DA. Then when you load up DA:I it will ask for the account you used for the Keep.

Xbox live has nothing to do with this and it's not required for importing a world state into DA:I

Just to be clear, what I meant was, when I load up Inquisition, will it automatically just login with my Hotmail account, or can I choose the account I log in with? I assume that's the wuextion you're answering, but I want to be sure.

You can choose the account you log in with.

You can link your Xbox and Origin accounts even if they don't share the same email address. You can do it right now by downloading the Origin client for PC/Mac, going to the friends tab and choose 'add a friend'. You can then choose to connect with your Xbox/PSN account. See here for more details.

I know the game isn't released yet. But will the game ask you to log into your origins account in order to sync the Keep to the gaming console? or will that automatically do it for you since it will 'detect' your gamer ID or whatever it may do.

Because i signed in through the "PSN sign-in" in the "sign-in" part on EA.com. I already have an Origins account (This one) but it doesn't have my DA:O or DA II save game data. But however the Keep managed to import my saves from DA: II from the email and PSN ID that use to play both games

So any clarification can really help
