by this i mean "golems of amgarak" return to ostagar and lilianas song. i know they were relatively minor, but will none of the actions we took in them count going forward?
are some of the DLC's not represented?

I can see them adding Ostager later on for the choice you made concerning Maric's body (since that was a choice coded into DA2 imports) but the other two didn't really have choices to make, you just played through them.

Golems of Amgarrak and Leliana's song aren't very important from a choice perspective. Leliana's song is always assumed to have happened since it's Leliana's back-story, and the only "choice" in Golems of Amgarrak is did you complete it or not. Return to Ostagar is the only one who has an actual choice. Maybe Return to Osagar will be added later, but it's too late for it to affect DAI.

Anything that's not in the Keep right now won't affect DAI.
