Are there any "Sten" looking male Qunari characters featured in DA: I???

What do you mean by "Sten looking"?

 

If you mean hornless, you can make your Qunari Inquisitor hornless. Can't say if there are hornless NPCs though.

You can make qunari Inquisitors with skin tones that are roughly the same as Sten's (apparently qunari skin runs from bronze, through silver, and into silvery-purple), and there is at least one naturally hornless option (and also some options where the horns have been broken off at various points, as well as deliberately sawn-off ones). And I'd imagine that the chargen is detailed enough to make you look sufficiently Sten-ish.

 

That said, the only confirmed qunari NPC is the Bull, who... well...

There are several hornless options.

 

Males and females can both be hornless with bald heads, mohawks, and a long style with a small bun (the "mudbun").  Males also have a short, swept-back style with a middle part.

 

There are also several broken off styles of horns and females have at least one style with just little nubs for horns.

I'm really hoping that I can make a Qunari which basically just looks like a massive human.
