Hey there,

You can export a world state now if you wish - you just won't be able to play it until you have access to the game. Those with EA Access can start playing their exported world states - everyone else has to wait until launch, I'm afraid.

Hope that helps!

Okay i click it and this pops up. and obviously it's dark when it says "used on start of new DA:I game" since i haven't played it yet on my PS3. Now when i get DA:I do i have to login in with my Origins account in order to access the Keep? or does that do it automatically since i have my 'account' linked already to EA servers? because i do have it linked already to my Origins and Dragon Age II games

For some it will automatically logs you in since your account is linked to your system and for others may have to log in for their first time, either way you can check whether you have the correct e-mail used. Also look for the prtsc sysrq button on your keyboard (near back space) it will take a screenshot of your screen and you can paste the image to paint and save/upload it here. No need for potato quality.
