I ordered the deluxe edition for my wife and me on Origin - the payment for mine went through, still waiting on hers (probably tonight or tomorrow).  Had a look at the achievements - can't wait!

The payment for mine went through the day I ordered it, but I still can't access the achievements page for mine, dang.

I am from Germany, my payment is still in progress. Dont know which term the english origin version is using. 

At least it is not done yet, like my previous orders via origin. Could probably take some more days cause it will be released 3 days later in EU :/

I didn't see anything on Origin; I had to go to my bank account and see that the transaction's currently processing. I'm also in the States so I dunno if EU payments will process later or not.

I was playing with the Keep last night (it's so awesome) getting my world states ready. Odd you guys are seeing delays, as soon as I paid the 'box' showed up in my games library, ready to download on the 14th.

No, that is not what we're talking about. The box appeared in our libraries too - just that the funds didn't clear from our bank until last night - the order was shown as being processed. We could look at the game box and stuff though.

When you're on origins window, top left under Help, there's a tab for Order History. If your game is already been paid/charged, it should show complete. Mine went from processing last week to completed today. So all the achievements are showing up indicated purchase is complete. Hope that helps.

It does indeed. Did the dreaded looking at my bank balance and now hopefully the payment will happen.

The thing is, by european union law, a company cannot charge a buyer, before the product has been sent out. In digital cases, they cannot charge you before they deliver the product- Which in most cases means when you can pre-download it.

 

In the US, they can do whatevs. Which usually results in them charging on the spot.

That is what i meant. So in Europe we will be charged on Monday. We can start our pre download at that point. But i will use the Korean vpn client after dl to get acces on Nov 17. and play this damn game too

I've bought the game with a paysafecard through Origins. According to that site, the money is being taken from that card. Also the game is in my libary and I've received a mail from Origin that my order is confirmed. Why can't I see the achievements then?

 

Interesting to note; the paysafecard thing is non-refundable. So they must have charged me instantly, no?

Ah order is being processed. Strange thing though, it shows up multiple times (though only one is 'being processed', the other ones are 'failed').

 

I live in Europe though, so assume it will be slightly before the preload?

I first thought there was a bug, so I canceled my pre-order to re-pre-order it.

Now the canceled version says complete (DUH!), but my new one says processing still.
