If memory serves, Briala was repeatedly described as having dark skin and I think she was mocked for her appearance. I and many others read her as looking black, or at the very least not white.

The lighting is bad but she seems to be olive skinned which can definitely be classified as 'darker skinned' in a pasty white country like Orlais.

I feel the need to point out she can't be but so much darker than that and have freckles... in fact you mostly only see freckles on really pale skinned people.

More on topic, I truly hope it was only an oversight by the team and that they will update her model to more properly represent the skin tone they have established for her.
