I'd like to know the answer to this as well. On my Origin it states that its processing, does this mean it has been paid for and that vpn will work?
This is exactly what I cant figure out. I do NOT want to create a paypal account. But if it means getting to play early, then its a no-brainer.

I don't have an answer for you there, but I use paypal whenever humanely possible and that's what I used with Origin. I've already been charged, obviously.

I have the same thing and money has not been pulled from bank yet. Which is a shame because i pre ordered in August and figured they would,ve pulled than but did not.

you don't need paypal account iirc u can use paypal to send payment via your credit card.
Mine still says processing, but when I highlight over the '?' it says 'We've billed you for your order, but some items may not have been delivered yet'. I assume that means you can VPN it with no issue now?

I had the exact same message.
Strangely enough - when I canceled the pre-order, the new one was stuck in "processing".
However - the canceled version now said "complete" (like... thanks, not helping me NOW is it?).
In 6 hours it is the 14th in my timezone. I will try the VPN trick then and report back to you guys if being stuck on processing remains a problem.
its been billed but the , the game itself, wont be delivered until preload and/or release depending upon how you look at it. If it gives a date for preload and release then im pretty sure its been billed. If you log on with a vpn it will also show the preload and release date for that region. It doesnt make sense to give preload date for someone who hasnt even paid for a product. This ofc is speculation on my part. If you havent been billed at all, then i dont know what that means. I havent even been paying attention, i pre ordered the game and then about a 1-2 weeks after the game shows up in my library with preload dates and what not. It says on my order history its been billed, but is still in processing, for obvious reasons, until i actually get what i paid for. The "processing" part i assume refers to the fact that we dont have the product/game yet, and it will be considered complete when we get it and/or when its released. But yes, the vpn should work, because youve already paid for the game.

Without VPN, pre-load begins for the UK (for example) on the 17th. 14th is for North America, I believe.

You can also use a korean vpn server to preload the game on the 14th.

Why not just confirm it yourself before taking the vacation. It takes all of 5 minutes to do.
with vpn on Korea u can pre-load (download the game) in less then 24 hours (about 19.5 hours from now) then u can activate the game to actually play it using same vpn on Monday (17th) at noon +-.
You can also preload it on Nov 14 via Korea VPN. At least that is what it showed to me when i use it now. BUT i am not charged yet, so i can not see any achievments... dont know if this is working than with the pre load.
If the date changes to the 17th, then it works.

Well, I'm at work right now, but even confirming it at home, it's really what people are saying on this thread. Regardless of what Origin says when I use a VPN, it's the fact that everyone is saying, "Oh, it WILL work, I've done it before, etc, etc."
3 hours 15 minutes until November 14th. Unless the preload using korean servers uses the south korean time zone adjusted to your time zone... yeeeah... time zones are mind*f* me atm 
According to my ori/vpn its 21 hours till i can preload and 3 days and 19 hours till i can play =D I just hope that the vpn thing works out, i cant wait to finally play this amazing looking game 
Wish I could do this for my Deluxe edition download on PS4. I don't have that great of internet and the earlier I could start the better. Glad you guys found a cool way to get the game earlier.
On a side note I really think they should just let us have our Digital copies like right now. Could become an incentive/benefit to going digital.
