I went to Paypal website to find the transaction and it says "Completed", but then I log into Origin and it says "Processing", EA are an unfunny joke.

Ok so is this only hapeening to me? I live in Australia and I used VPN to preload it early but as soon as it reaches somewhere around 95% it goes back to 80% and starts installing again from that point. I'm not sure why it happened, but I think it's because I disconnected from VPN to get my normal download speed. This time I'll try to connect to SK VPN before it reaches 95%... hope it works. 

 

NVM, I didn't have to turn VPN again, it worked. Although I did have to turn VPN again to download my deluxe edtion contents.

Hrmm weird. Can't get this to work for me. I have used VPN software to unlock games early before but this time I am getting a 169 APIPA address no matter which VPN I connect to. Looks like DHCP failing to pick up an IP from the server or something.

When I was at 2 Gb DL my VPN accidently disconnected and now Im downloading with full speed 10 min left....

UK here - tried it again just now (12:45am 16th) and it is preloading. My game was still 'processing' but it said I was already billed. Just letting you guys know if any other UK folks couldn't get it to work before now.

I'm in Australia, preordered on the 14th via the origin website using PayPal. My order status said "completed" straight away and I preloaded yesterday.

Looking forward to playing on the 18th!

Should be 4 am considering Origin seems to work with a 24 hour clock. The unlock time for me is 15:00 in the UK opposed to 3:00.

Also the time shown should be the time it unlocks in Korea in your time, not the +9 GMT time.

Yesterday I started my first quest in the trial the one where you find the potion to cure a sons mother from death and just about 20 steps away from handing in the potion cure my 6 hour trial expired

edit: ok it seems it depends on the time&date of my vpn provider.in korea.... I cant change that

its not unlocked based on YOUR time, its unlocked based on Origin's time. Origin unlocks the game at X time for Y region. You can say its 2015 and it wont unlock because origin knows what time it really is.

No it will work by origins internal server time. changing you computer time will either do nothing or cause origin to fail to activate due to the discrepancy, regardless of what region you are connected to. The VPN basically just says you are in X region and origin will unlock the game based on X regions origin internal unlock time.

If you are starting the preload while connected to the VPN be sure to disconnect the VPN once the download has started to take advantage of normal origin/your isps download speeds. For the record i got about 11mbp/s.

Does this mean it's available at 1am on the 17th, as in, in about 18 hours? Can i start the Great Inquisition Bake-off with full understanding that I will not waste 10 strawberry lemonade cupcakes and a whole pan of brownies by making them 12-24 hours too early?
