Has it been comfirmed that happens if your warden is still alive and you romanced her? It might not happen if that is the case which means there is no issues.

Does Leliana have anything to say on the Warden? 

 

She does indeed - my Warden romanced Leliana, and survived. I'll try and remember what she said exactly, because I think I was squeeing too much remembering how much I loved them as a pairing....

 

So basically she calls him/her her "love" and something a long the lines of them always being in her heart. She talks about how they are both doing different things(?) but that once the inquisition is over, she will rejoin the warden "for good". Basically, she says something a long the lines of them being too far apart for too long, if I remember correctly.

 

Anyway, that's the rough gist of things. I think it's better I don't remember the conversation exactly, because it's nice when you hear it for the first time.

 

As a side note, there is something about this that I found jarring though - You can (believe it or not..) ask Leliana if she and Divine Justinia were doing the nasty. Leliana gets rather annoyed and says something about just because they were close and she admired her, it doesn't mean they were frick-fracking. She goes on to say that "love" is just a thing, but the connection she had to Justinia was far beyond that.

 

She kinda dismissed love, and given that I then lead on straight afterwards asking about the warden... It seemed kinda bizarre

Yea, I didn't think asking if they were more than friends really deserved that response. My inquisitor was just curious and they did seem rather close! I wasn't implying they had a sexual relationship. It seemed Leliana wasn't pleased with me in general throughout our conversations. I wasn't expecting her to have changed this much. Having her character go in this direction is really interesting...even if she did diminish our love
