Because it's not about the quest in DAO where you go meet Felsi at the Lake Calenhad Docks, it's about the quest in DAA where you can push Oghren to be a better father to his child (Oghren's Family Life the quest is called I think).

Even if you make Felsi dislike Oghren in DAO,they marry and have a child before Awakening. That tile refers to Oghren's quest in DA:A

Guys there is this new (for me) "recruited Oghren" tile, dunno how long it's been there.

Edit. I never did this, but doesn't he appear in Awakening even if you do not recruit him in Origins? I mean when you choose "did not recruit him" you can't then help him with Felsi in Awakening.

Tile always existed, but it got moved to Awakening at one point for...some reason and it got moved back to companions in the last update.

And he shows up in Awakening even if you kill him in Origins, so yeah.

Then forcing you to choose "did not help Oghren" in Awakening when you don't recruit him in Origins is a bug. Also, there should be an option "Oghren didn't become a Grey Warden" in that tile in Awakening now.

this is one of the most difficult quest because i cannot get his approval up.

anyway, i always thought it meant the one in Origins when i can break them up.

btw, dwarf babies are quick to born, arent they?

both Felsi and Marcy gave birth within 6 months!

I have a question about this event. So in my Awakening I sided with Oghren and told him to keep in touch with Felsi, but not try to keep their marriage going.

Howeveer the choices in the tile aren't really for coming with which decision that was. I didn't forcefully break them apart, but I didn't really bring them together. So, what do I pick?

bring them back together means Oghren being active in his child's life.  There is no opportunity to help them stay married.

That's because Oghren's approval was bugged.

And, as for dwarf babies... it is possible she was pregnant before they officially got together.
