Hello all,

 

I've been getting this 500 Internal Service Error for the better part of the last 24 hours, so I was wondering if anyone else had this error?  Or if this is unique to me?  It won't even let me enter the Keep anymore,  Thank you!

Same for me.

I've tried everything and it still says "Oops, an error occurred. Please refresh the page and retry."

log out and in. Different browser etc.

Please go ahead and try this - clear your cache, close your browser, re-open it and then visit the Keep again. Does this help?

I logged out, logged in, cleared cache/cookies, logged out and into my internet browser several times, restarted my computer.

 

Eventually it just popped up again.  

Don't ask me what I did?

To anyone else having this issue and that nothing seems to be working: I had the same issue, cleared my cache, restarted my browser. and nothing but when I saw just "log out" on a forum, it frustrated me because I could not log out!! there was no link. but then I just typed "https://dragonagekeep.com/logout"and it worked YAY!! I realize this post is old, but just thought I'd share info that worked for me.
