Some time ago, I talked **** on the Geth Spitfire. I was thinking about this weapon today, after I saw a lot of Warlord in this forum, and thought: "Would he [Warlord] be great for the Spitfire?" I mean, Krogan characters are great with heavy weapons. He lacks any sort of range, so this gives the Warlord options. I kinda like this idea. Who's with me?

There was a thread a few months back about weapon combos and I advocated exactly that. I did the Spitfire challenge - right after I unlocked it - with it on the Krolord. He's hard to stagger and he can take a fair bit of damage so he can do what the Spitfire needs to work, which is stand up and shoot at the enemy non-stop. He doesn't care much about the movement speed penalty and he isn't very cooldown sensitive.

 

The only thing I find strange is that when I suggested it I was shouted down as a moron, and now I see a really top notch player suggesting it anyway. I hope that you'll give it a try, and I hope that you have fun with it.

I like the Spitfire on the KroSol.

 

The shield and barrier multiplier on the gun complements the armor wrecking powers he has.

Haha, it's just a thought. I have yet to test this combo. I might hate everything about it

Well, I honestly thought about this combo before - for a troll games - to torture a friend with it. But it actually sounds decent on paper. And it seemed fitting to make this thread on this special day.

Haha, it's just a thought. I have yet to test this combo. I might hate everything about it

Using anything on krolord other than backhand and hammer is silly. The gun is just there to hold the melee mod.

It actually does work okay on him, because the KroLord is very stagger resistant so he can shoot for a very long time without fear.

 

Extended Barrel, Omniblade, AP ammo, full duarability Fitness, make sure you kill something with a sprinting pimpslap every 30s.

 

Typhoon or PPR probably works better, but oh well...

Yes, it's one of the best things to do with the KroLord. otherwise I don't even know he exists.
