Can someone explain what your supposed do in the inquistors i gotten that far stuck

So are these suppose to show up in Origin? I did the quest and was already logged into my account. It showed off the weapons when I finished the final quest but Origin doesn't list it under dlc and it's been quite awhile.

I have also completed this, and signed in with my Origin account, and nothing has appeared... I take it this is not working correctly, yes?

You're supposed to watch the video progress bar. When you see a dot pop up you gotta click it, then hold the button. Afterwards drag the dot across the designated area until you see a red weapon pop up on screen. Now you can release the button. Proceed to find the remaining two weapons.

UGHHH!!!! so frustrated!!!!

I did the quest and have gotten to Skyhold and did the Archanist quest but the only thing in the chest was the Flames of the Inquisition schematics.  How do I get the weapons???!?!?!
