It's not available yet. We only know about it because Hrungr saw it pop up on the web site while they were working on it. It's not ready, and hasn't been announced yet.
I expect it to go live Mon. during the big live stream they've got planned.

Hopefully they release it before 9pm PST on Monday, otherwise I doubt many people will bother spending 10-15 minutes to get the weapons, when they could be playing the actual game. I honestly don't know why they took it down, it was worked perfectly fine for me. If your advertising department is trying to build hype for a game, I would think creating more hype shortly before the game is released could provide the greatest benefit. Then again, I don't have a degree in advertising. *shrug*
But is it showing up in your DLC content? Because I completed it too but can't find confirmation anywhere.
Might have disable it all together, so may be a chance everyone will have to redo it weather they finished it or not.
I don't know I'm just assume at this point!

If the people at bioware are going to make a browser game where you have to watch and interact with a video, they need to set it up so the videos can run on computers that can't display them in 720 or 1080... There's something seriously wrong if I have to click around at random to even have a chance of getting the fog because I can't see it due to the video stuttering every 3 seconds...

Firefox REALLY does not like the "Inquisitor" part of that site. It crashed once and became unresponsive once as well.
Did the items appear under DLC for anyone? I finished the site and got the pack but it didn't change anything in Origin.
That Inquisitor part isn't exactly what I'd call functional.
Can't get the Inquisitor one to work. I got the first sword but after that the little box/bar thingy doesn't fully appear. It's only a plain black box and clicking on it just makes the video skip and look all pixely for a second before continuing on. GG
edit: I can get it to work by closing the page and reloading and rewatching it but only for another 1. To get the last work to work had to close and reopen again. ugh

Refreshing the page fixed that for me. However, both that and the last scene you move through were mostly just black screens with the occasional picture, you can still complete it though.
If your using Internet Explorer use a different internet browser, that's what I had to do and the last part worked fine.

Oddly enough, the Inquisitor interactive video was the best of the four... I had zero issues with it at all... It was the other three that would freeze every 3 seconds...

The weapons aren't bad. Heal on damage. Barrier damage bonuses. Extra damage against the living.
Well that was a fun diversion.
I'm using Internet Explorer and I can't get the Inquisitor video to work. 
Edit: Now it's working but Freaks out whenever I try to click the circle... at least I managed to get the dagger by now.
Had to use chrome to finish the Inquisitor's section.
