It's completely glitchy. Back when I did it, Vivienne's Inquest wouldn't work for me at all. The second time, Vivienne and Iron Bull were working just fine, but I found no clouds or anything in Varric's video. Strangely, it still marked all 3 clues found, the Inquisitor was not accessible, but it says that the weapon pack is unlocked.

I only had trouble with the Inquisitor's Inquest. It worked after I temporarily switched to Chrome.

None of these quests work for me in any browser.  IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari on both PC and Mac.  One I click begin inquest, it just loads the video again, but filling the whole screen...

 

Oh... that is the quest... pretty lame.

Just wanted to update, I finished this yesterday afternoon, through to completion (your items have been deposited...) and still don't see anything in origin.

Just wait for it. The game barely got out and we in Europe here aren't even going to play till 21st. I imagine BW is preparing everything so it won't be that long before these weapons are loaded into our games. Just chill out.

I cannot find any way to confirm this worked, even though it said I unlocked them and I was logged in. Checked origin, even after logging out and back in, and in game doesnt seem to have anything. Found the preorder stuff fine, just not this. I think something is broken.

do you see them listed anywhere like in origin? or are you just basing that off the screen at the end of the inquest that says you got it? cause i got the screen that says i got it and its not showing up in game

Would really be nice if BW would confirm "hey this is still jacked up" or "nope, working as intended and here's where/when you get them."

 

Level 5 going on 6 and it's looking like I'm going to get zero use out of these weapons because I have no idea how to get them in game, despite completing the online activity.

How do I get them ingame? I saw nothing on my origin despite "earning" it

Items will show up in-game, but not on Origin. Same with Prima Guide items. Origin will acknowledge the item code as valid, but will not list it under your game. You will just get the items in-game.

I found this on the website in the FAQ . It describes how to find the Red Lyrium Reaper weapons.

 

*spoilers*

 

1.      Acquire Skyhold.

2.      You will find a quest in your Journal called “Rune Crafting” (under the Skyhold Category), and will be instructed to visit the war table to recruit the arcanist.

3.      Visit the war table and select the “Acquire the Arcanist” operation from the top-left side of the Ferelden map.

4.      Complete the operation and exit the war room.

5.      Visit the Undercroft, where the arcanist will be present

6.      With the arcanist acquired, the Red Lyrium weapons will be available in the special deliveries chest, also located in the Undercroft.

I never received any weapons, not the red lyrium, not the dragon weapons (from preorder). The dragon armors are there tho.

 I just think the connection is slow here because I am getting some smoke clouds at the Xbox price part and even at the very end where it has the options to select other videos.  Was able to get the first inquisitor dagger pretty easily.  Very noticeable.  But now nothing else it popping up.  It may still be glitchy for internet explorer.

Well I got the weapons, looked at them, looked at my much more powerful custom weaponry, sold them for a few gold.
