Its 5 days until release now and still none of my Wardens are showing up in Dragon Age Keep. I'm starting to worry that I won't be able to play Inquisition on release day because I won't be able to upload my Wardens and set my world state.

I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything right. I was able to successfully upload all of my Hawkes from the Xbox 360 and the PC into Keep but for some reason none of my Wardens will upload.

Every time I replay start up the Keep only gives me two custom Wardens to choose from. It gives me 1 of my Wardens that I never finished playing, deleted, and don't care about and one of the default heroes by mistake. Is Keep still broken for others or is it just me?

You don't need your custom Hawkes or Wardens in order to set up a worldstate, it's just a nice thing to have as you get their custom name and picture.  As long as you have the default Wardens and Hawkes you can get a worldstate ready in time for DAI.  Hopefully before DAI comes out we'll get the option to remane the Warden and Hawke in the Keep itself.

No, it's not just you. There are a lot of people with one, some or all of their Wardens missing from the Keep.

 

As Illyria said, this doesn't stop you creating a World State (you have to answer every question behind every tile whether your Wardens show up or not) and it won't affect your experience in DA:I (it's been confirmed that the Warden doesn't appear).

 

If you really want to be able to see your Wardens in the Keep anyway, the only thing that's worked for me is to download the standalone DA:O Character Creator from somewhere like FilePlanet and recreate them in that. Create a Warden with the same name and appearance as the one(s) you want and hit Upload at the end. It took mine about half an hour to then appear in the Keep. This hasn't worked for everyone, but it's very quick to do so, if you haven't tried it yet, it's probably worth giving that a try.

I guess I'll just use the default Dwarven Noble and make him do all the same choices my Warden made. Since the Warden doesn't make an appearance in DAI this will work out ok but it still bugs me not being able to upload my Warden. I spent 60+ hours on my Warden and slayed the Archdemon on hard mode with him! 

 

My Warden deserves to be enshrined in Dragon Age Keep. I'm naming my world state "Malfunction" in honor of my missing Warden.
