Sorry for the pointless thread, but I am. I assume it's like Steam pre-load and downloads encrypted, then decrypts on launch day.

Yeah can't wait I am preparing for that night. As soon as I get back from school Monday I will be sitting in my room waiting for it to say press play then I will send the keep data in then I will dive straight into the game.

I think there will also from what I heard be a patch the day it comes out not sure if that will come with the download or once the game comes out.

Oh, man. I didn't realize we could get our Keep data ahead of time with it in beta.

Pre-loading is an awesome feature, but not sure 'excited' is the right word for it.   I usually hit the start button on it just before heading off to bed that night so that it can DL while I sleep.

Same here. I have to say i'm happy they finally did. It was tiresome to keep looking at my balance and thinking I had money to spend lol. Nope! Need to keep it there for DA:I.

Have to admit, for a long time I was skeptical about the game and would not pre-order , then after all the news/info released and finally MP announced it was a sale to me, I am actually excited for a pre-load 0_o , call me crazy I guess, but I can't wait to play it!

Can't say pre-loading excites me, it'll just be sitting there mocking me even more with its lack of play button in the Origin library. And it's not like it normally takes me more than an hour or so to download and install a game. I do appreciate the convenience, though. And the reminder that we're so very close now.

To beat the rush, I asked my husband to start the Origin download while I'm at work (Friday is his day off).  Hopefully it will be done when I get home.  Then just wait til Monday evening to start the game.  Since my timezone is PST, I get to play at 9:00PM on Monday.

Just Shut-up ;)

(chewing fingernails over GMG purchase -- nothing against them, I just don't know when it will be available other than the 18th.).

Both fortunately and unfortunately I'll be home on Tuesday as well.  I found some termite damage (I think) and need to wait for the inspector to show up.  Plus my husband has schedule our contractor to complete some small niggly things from our remodel this summer.  So, I get to play while I wait for people to show up.

I don't remember waiting this long for Mass Effect 3; I am feeling every hour if I am not engrossed in my studies or outside of the house.

Unfortunately, even though I am on PC, I will not be pre-loading because I am getting a physical copy of the game.

Augh why are the days so loooong? Maybe I shouldn't have marked the release on my calendar, which sits right beside my computer...

I'd be more excited if we could download the OST ahead of release.
